The Marantz PMD series recorder is a highly developed precision machine; its trouble-free operation depends upon the exact co-functioning of its mechanical and electronic components. Should malfunctions appear at anytime, please notify us where experienced hands will be able to correct the difficulty (that will usually be of minor nature anyway) easily. We warn strongly against any tampering by non-technicians.

Saul Mineroff Electronics, Inc. (SME) is an authorized service agency for all Marantz recorder repairs in and out of warranty. There never is a charge for out of warranty estimates to federal and state law enforcement agencies. Your new Marantz is covered by a one year parts and ninety day labor warranty. (see enclosed warranty card with newly purchased units). If you need service please contact us. We also provide 24 hour service at no additional charge. All repaired Marantz recorders from SME carry the same warranty as a newly purchased unit.
